The revenue waterfall
A big recompete is on the horizon, or you've stalled at a revenue milestone and can't see the path to the next one.
Fractional Chief Strategy OfficerGovCon $25M-$250M
Towrds embeds as the fractional CSO for GovCon companies doing $25M to $250M. We field your strategy in 90 days, then run the cadence that drives progress across leadership, execution, and growth. Every quarter.
Takes about 10 minutes. 3 spots open for Q1 FY2027. 30-day money-back guarantee.
Operator credibility. I've run GovCon companies. You get advice from the operating seat, not the sidelines.
Built for GovCon. The DAAPS Framework is built for how GovCon companies actually win, deliver, and grow. Not a generic business playbook.
Implementation over reports. We install the system and run it with you. No binder that dies on a shelf.
Facts, not guesses. We use your numbers to find the barriers to growth, then we remove them.
Watch this first

A big recompete is on the horizon, or you've stalled at a revenue milestone and can't see the path to the next one.
Leadership agrees on the big bets. Ask what changed in daily work and nobody has an answer.
Win rates swing quarter to quarter because capture runs on heroics and relationships, not a repeatable process.
Roles blurred as you grew. Too much is owned by everyone, which means it's owned by no one.
You can't say why you win in one sentence, so you compete on lowest price and watch profit walk out the door.
If two or more of these hit home, Towrds 10 was built for you.

I become your Chief Strategy Officer and install the Towrds Way inside your company. You get the seat filled without the full-time executive cost.
The DAAPS Framework, the Annual Reset, the Quarterly Shift with commitments, and Bi-Weekly Tacticals tied directly to your business results scorecard.
A sounding board for the high-stakes calls: pipeline bets, bid/no-bid, teaming, and org design. From someone who made these calls running GovCon companies.
Your company won't outgrow its leaders. Surge Club, our leadership development program led by our performance coaches, builds your Team 1's trust, works through conflict, and makes decisions stick.
Your Weekly Activity Report (WAR) answers three questions every week, before you have to ask.
Are we on track?
Schedule against the annual calendar
How's the work going?
Quality and risk, flagged early with an owner
Is it moving the business?
Performance on your business scorecard
How it works
We start with you: who you are as a leader, what you want, and your company's reason for existing.
We map your team, their performance, and business capabilities to accountability charts.
We turn to the company and your market looking for growth obstacles as we prepare for your first Annual Reset.
The Annual Reset goes live and we start knocking out the quarter's strategic constraints.
Strategy moves every two weeks, not once a year.
Quarterly Commit
Lock the quarter's priorities and owners.
Bi-Weekly Tactical
Clear blockers and keep execution honest.
Quarterly Retro
Score what worked and what didn't.
Quarterly Shift
Adjust the plan and commit to the next obstacle.
Who you'll work with
I'm David, founder of Towrds. I've led a $150M+ portfolio of contract value across GovCon companies in IT services, data & AI, cyber, professional services, and engineering. That's the seat your advice comes from. The Dayton Business Journal named me to its Who's Who in Aerospace & Defense in 2023 and 2026.
Your Team 1 also joins Surge Club, our leadership development program. Sessions and workshops are led by our performance coaches, including JoAnna, a GovCon HR leader certified in ICF, DiSC, and The Five Behaviors.
Our purpose is to help make the USA the best d*mn country in the land. That starts with a strong GovCon industrial base.
You own or lead a GovCon company doing $25M to $250M.
You'll sponsor the work personally and make decisions fast.
You want strategy installed and run, not delivered in a report.
Your team will show up, act on what we agree, and hit the deadlines we set together.
You want a consultant to study you for six months and hand over a deck.
You're looking for proposal writers or outsourced BD headcount.
Every decision needs a committee before anything moves.
You're not willing to let the numbers challenge your assumptions.
Sound like you?

No surprises. Nothing gets signed until we've talked.
Takes about 10 minutes. Tell us where your company is today and where you want it to go. We review every application within 2 business days.
If it looks like a fit, we get on a call, review your application together, and make sure Towrds is the right move.
If we both see a fit, we send over the contract and payment portal. Once signed and paid, your seat is reserved and your 90-day fielding begins.
If either of us isn't feeling it at any point in the first 30 days, we just say so... we'll give you your money back and walk away friends.
Straight answers before you apply.
It's possible. GovCon is a small world, and with ten clients, some may compete in the same markets. Nothing crosses between clients: no information, no insights, no strategy. That's in writing in the NDA and Consulting Services Agreement.
You, your leadership team, and me. That's it. Everything is covered by a Consulting Services Agreement and an NDA, both signed before we start.
$10K a month, on a 12-month base year, then option years. Each renews automatically unless either of us gives written notice at least 90 days before the period ends, which gives us time to prep your next Annual Reset. The first payment is due at signing. After that, it's a monthly ACH pre-payment due on the 1st, and we send a formal invoice five business days before each month ends. The first 30 days are covered by our money-back guarantee.
About 5 hours a month in the regular rhythm: a 90-minute Bi-Weekly Tactical and a 1-hour advisory session every two weeks. On top of that, one day each quarter for the Quarterly Shift, a 2-day Annual Reset once a year, and 60-minute performance reviews for your team twice a year. Averaged out, roughly 2 hours a week.
An implementer teaches you a non-GovCon business system and leaves your team to run it. A BD consultant works one slice of the business. Towrds puts a Chief Strategy Officer in the seat, running a GovCon-built system with your team every quarter across leadership, execution, and growth.
If either of us isn't feeling it at any point in the first 30 days, we just say so. You get your money back and we walk away friends.
Three spots for Q1 FY2027. Applications close December 15.
